WHAT IS A WUNDA CHAIR?
The Wunda Chair is one of the six original pilates apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates. It is a cornerstone of classical pilates training. Every major teacher certification program (BASI, Polestar, STOTT, Balanced Body, Peak, Power, Romana's) uses it. If you operate a pilates studio, the Wunda Chair is not a choice, it is a requirement.
WHY SOLID BEECH?
Beech is the traditional wood of pilates equipment. Since Joseph Pilates' era, classical pilates studios have preferred beech for its tight grain structure, uniform surface, and high durability. It is the ideal choice for heavy daily studio use.
Most chairs on the market are made from plywood or veneered wood. Ours is built end to end from solid beech. The light, even grain pattern gives training centers and classical studios a clean, professional look.
